I am getting continaul calls from this Credit Card co. And I am on the do not call list. How can this be?

They aren't a "credit card company", although they may pretend to be connected with one of yours.
They are a fraudulent telemarketer of alleged "interest reduction services".
They have numerous, and rising levels of, complaints of Do Not Call violations.
A number of consumers report they are actually running a fraudulent "shakedown" racket, using credit card information obtained to "review" to cram on around $800 in unauthorized "fees".
