not honoring warrantie

Aug.2nd. the vehicle was brought in for repair,the dealer faxed a written request for repairs, we were never notified for the repair,and when trying to reach Mepco for an answer not getting thru only recording then get disconnected,I am getting nowhere with them, and since I paid for this service that I am not recieving, I want a full refund of my money .
