They offer a 14 day free trial and will only charge you the $3.00 shipping and handeling charges.  After the 14 days, you will receive a new 30 day shipment every month for the low low price of $19.99.  You have 10 days to cancell your order within the first 14 days.  If you don't call they assume you want to continue but neglected to tell you that if you want this product for $19.99 you have to become a "member" of what I don't know but you will be charged $117.82. I was one of the unfortunate ones that didn't call to cancell in time, I was charged $117.82 on one day and then 3 days later charged $142.01.  When I called with the complaint they said they would look into it but couldn't promise anything.  When I asked about the double billing at different amounts I was told it was due to the exchange rate at that particular time but still would not credit my account until they have researched the matter further. I doubt I'll see anything from this company, beware of these people, they're in the UK their phone # 44 203 139 9104  Canada toll free # 1 888 745 9358. The free trial is offered on the web.

There are numerous health product scams built on this same model:  Use some free trial "for just shipping and handling" to get your account information, then start cramming inflated charges on as fast as they can, using the excuse that you supposedly "agreed" to a membership, or automatic shipments.

Failure to clearly disclose the terms under which they are charing is deceptive, rendering their claim that you "agreed" false.  Using deception to get your account information so they can make unauthorized charges is fraudulent.

"After the 14 days, you will receive a new 30 day shipment every month for the low low price of $19.99.  You have 10 days to cancell your order within the first 14 days.  "
They never actually give you the opportunity to cancel.  Often your "trial" shipment will arrive too late to cancel, or they will just ignore or "lose" your cancellation.

"If you don't call they assume you want to continue but neglected to tell you that if you want this product for $19.99 you have to become a "member" of what I don't know but you will be charged $117.82. "
It's a scam anyway.  It's all an excuse to get your account number and cram charges.  That is their goal, and whatever they say are just excuses.

"I was one of the unfortunate ones that didn't call to cancell in time, "
It wouldn't have mattered.  Once they get your information, they start cramming.

"I was charged $117.82 on one day and then 3 days later charged $142.01."
They cram as much as they can as fast as they can, trying to take all they can before you shut down the account.

"When I called with the complaint they said they would look into it but couldn't promise anything.  "
They are just stringing you along.  In the U.S., under FRB Reg. E or FCBA, consumers can dispute fraudulent charges within 60 days of the statement date showing the charges, and the bank can reverse them.  Scammers often promise to "investigate", actually just trying to run out the 60 day dispute window.

"When I asked about the double billing at different amounts I was told it was due to the exchange rate at that particular time but still would not credit my account until they have researched the matter further."
Just another excuse. They will get back to you when hell freezes over.  In the mean time they will keep taking your money as long as they can.

"I doubt I'll see anything from this company, "
You got that right.  That is why you are wasting your time talking to a scammer in cases of fraud.  You go directly to your bank to dispute.

Dispute the fraudulent charges through your bank.  Close or block your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.
