Unsolicited credit card charges of $74.98, impossible to reverse, had to cancel my credit card.

Or reverse them by disputing them through your bank.
File a written dispute with your bank, and follow up with a fraud affidavit. Make sure you send your written dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, to dispute under FCBA. Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute within this 60 day period, so DON'T DELAY, EVEN IF THEY PROMISE A REFUND.

This is a common fraudulent "health product" charge cramming scam.
There is no reliable way beyond shutting down access to your money to stop them from continuing to take it.
File fraud disputes with your bank, and have them block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
