They are running a cramming scam. "Accidentally" submitting charges while "accidentially" making it impossible to cancel is a common deceptive strategy used by cramming scams.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute their charges, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud and theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
File fraud complaints with FTC, and your state Attorney General. File mail fraud complaints with the US Postal Inspector.
