Purchased AIG Travel Insurance through Virgin America, This company is a big scam. They make it that they will cover any issues regarding your flight cancellation or changes. I submitted required documents, but AIG refuses to approve my claims. They make it so difficult to submit claims and contact the company!! DO NOT BUY AIG INSURANCE!!
