Unknown services activated in the month of January,2013

Dear all,
some unknown services are activated on my airtel number 9501119138. the services cost me Rs. 291 (with Tax).
But these service are not activated my me. As told by the customer care that these service were activated with out any sms and are activated through internet.
Please do the needful asap.
