I feel so stupid!  I fell into a trap believing that a magic pill could assist me in my endeavors to lose weight and feel better.  NOT!
This company baited all of us with $3.95 free trial and charged our cards a fee of $89.31 for product we did not want.  CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO BE INITIATED IMMEDIATELY. I am so hurt and disappointed because I retrieved the information from Jillian's website ( A trainer on the Biggest Loser).
I wonder if the Better Business Bureau could help?  You can believe that in the future, I will research everything before purchasing online.

Good luck all!

It's only a scam if you DO NOT read the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page! People these days are to LAZY to read everything. When was the last time that you got something off the internet without agreeing to the Terms? Even Amazon.com and eBay.com have Terms! For those of you who are complaining of scams, SHHHHHH! You are doing it to yourselves!

    another one
yes, myself as well, failed to scroll to the very bottom of the page and read the fine print.  i cannot say that this product has done anything positive for me (in reality, i found myself to be really gassy!), but when I discovered the unexpected second package in the mail, I then went back and re-read the agreement.  so, yes, i am kicking myself in the head for buying diet supplements online without looking for the catch; but looking for a settlement...no.

    Dumb as dirt
I didn't read the fine print, never do I must admit - BUT... it is fraud when they give you 20 pills and say try it for two weeks, but charge your account for 69.95 within 7 days!  What's up with that?  I reported it to my bank and canceled my account so they cannot charge me again.  Now I'm without my bank card until a new one comes in the mail.  THIS IS FRAUD

    Scamed big time!
I like others didn't read the fine print at the bottom of the page.  Here is what I did to fix the problem. I canceled that credit card and they are letting me referse the charges back to Acaiberry. They told me that "If I am not satified with the product I don't have to pay for it"
I had to circle the charges on my bill that I did not want to pay and send in an alfidated stating my complain with the company. I even included a copy of their webpage to show how it was worded.  I sent back all the product with a recepit so they could not say they did not recieve it therefor they have nothing to complain about they got their product back, everyone is now happy.

If this doesn't work for you, I'd contact my district Attorney. That is what they are there for. To fix consumer problems when companys are taking advange of the public. They will make heads roll!
