Received a message from NY number 347-960-6509 informing me that some Legal Action is being prepared to take against me.
I must call him a.s.a.p. to avoid a legal mess.   This is an obvious scam.    I wonder how they get the numbers to call people.   What sort of LIST do they get their target names from?    The Government does absolutely nothing about this type of fraud - - so DO NOT
contact these people!   The Caller identified himself as Kevin Green from the "Dept. of Legal Affairs".

    I received the same phone call.  I just searched and got this site.   I figured it was something like this.  The man that left the message spoke in a "Kenyan-like" accent and identified himself as David somebody.  It was very hard to understand what he was actually saying.  If indeed it was a real threat I would receive a certified letter.
