Apparently the do not solicit rule and the Do not call registration is useless....  However, it probably did provide a couple more government jobs at the FCC for those involved in the Do Not Call program.. We can send rockets to space, cure diseases and track terriorist, however we can't stop a credit card company from calling our home and cell phones....WOW  maybe we should outsource the problem to another country!!!!
