This man J.M. Kingston and with the phone number 1-876-295-4100 called everyday for 4 weeks and kept requesting that if I sent them $599.00 I could collect my winnings of 9,500.00 and a new Mercedes. He kept telling me he was talking with the State Attorneys office and was making it where I would not have to pay taxes on my winnings.

They typically try to con you into believing you "won", then say you have to pay "fees", "taxes", or "insurance" to get your "winnings".
The money you pay is real.
The money you "win" isn't.
Large international corporations don't run "lotteries", picking someone somewhere in the world to send money to.
Scammers just use their names because they are well recognized. They steal their reputation to steal your money.
