Anoying call about lowering intrest rate on my home

I am so very sick of these people and there appears to be NOTHING one can do about it. I have complained to my representatives and senators but they say there is NO law being broken but I seem to remember a "No call list" ? Have our legislators once again sold up down the river in favor of big business and money?
If anyone knows what we can do about these unsolicited advertisement calls please let me know. Of course, I can and will not put any of my personal information like URL or tele on this doc for it will certainly be pilfered by these unscrupulous vendors and companies. I'm sick of this!!!!!
PS they fully ignore the number option "3" to discontinue calling. This is [***]
