ppv charge with no phone line

After I cancelled my service and returned my recievers they said I owed 215 dollars for ppv ordered july 16 2014 had charged with 21 ppv on one day,no one could watch these in one day,i did not order,no phone line hooked up,they went into my checking and got the payment today
