To whom it may concern:
    This letter is to request a refund for services charged to my bank account in the amount of $99.80.  This consists of 4 charges at $24.95 each on the following dates:  8/17/16, 9/16/16, 10/17/16, and 11/15/16 described as MON VALUEPLUS.  I did not approve these charges nor did I use the service.  Your knowledge of my banking information is due to ordering Copper Chef.  This was an automated purchase.  I have no recollection of this approval -- either verbal or by pressing a button.      THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

    It's a cramming scam..

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

      Contact your state AG.. replies to It's a cramming scam..
      If your bank can't reverse the fraudulent charges, contact your state Attorney General for assistance.  SOL on unauthorized charges is 1 year, so don't accept some limited refund.
