i received a book i did not order. how do i return it. i am not going to pay for this book

It's a cramming scam..
You didn't order it. Under US Postal Regulations, you have no obligation to pay for, or return, unordered merchandise. If they send you a bill (or sent one included with the package), that too is a violation. File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector.
