I got the order of product which I never wanted as has had reaction with it , invoice showed price 00, shipping 00 ,got suspicious as never had like this invoice there was no # to call got it any how with difficulty when called them found out they have charged my card$ 175.87  after long discussion I cancelled my card, advised them too not to do such business in future with anyone invoice should be clear  to show the amount charged & the # to call back

    This is a typical cramming scam..
    The charge was  unauthorized.  No terms were disclosed or agreed to.  Dispute it as fraudulent through your bank, and immediately block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    Same as complaint above, it was scam..i got my free trial cream it says free but after a month they charge me almost $175.00 that i didnt order or purchase that product without my authorization and with no invoice showed and no even contact number to call. Pls do something about this company.
