559-272-6401--- called my cell phone several times, when I tried to return call, recording said "this number does not accept incoming calls". How can they get my number? We are on the "do not call list" and have been for years; just reregistered. What is this?

    "Hyundai asking for a service rating. They are PESTS! If you call the number back they don't accept incoming calls, so you can't tell them to leave you alone."
