Hi Raju,

I am writing this email with lot of pain in my ass!!!

Why is that your organization does not respond to your customers. Why are your people so lazy.

This is in reference to internet connection in the name of Shilpa Mathad (Bangalore).

We had some issues with our system and had asked your people to install the modem/router configuration and it has been one month that no one has ever contacted us. We made the payment for last month of rupees 1000/- without using the service. Your people are so sincere to collect the payment and why not to configure the internet? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY?

Now, why do you think we should pay for your service for your people laziness? I need an answer for this.

Your customer support really sucks, because when they were posed with this question, the answer came out is really ass paining that no customer may experience "I am sorry madam we have no idea and we cannot comment on that "
According to them, we should pay for the service and they are not bothered if your own people have done their job or not? The customer support has no idea about what they are talking about...

IS THIS WHAT U CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WORLD CLASS SERVICE (bull [***]!!!!!!!!!!!)

Now, don't ask your JERKS (Your cute customer support people) to reply to this email!!!!
