"Leather" Sofa is CRAP!!

I purchased this sofa to last for years!! When it was delivered I knew there were problems the first time I sat on it. I knew why they didn't have exactly what I ordered in the store. It's a three piece sofa with a recliner on one end and a chase (spelling?) on the other end. The chase end also reclines back, however when you recline it back there is a gap 7" wide, where there should be some kind of support for your back, making it very uncomfortble. The recliner side also has a gap, but not as wide. There were several places where I could tell it was sewn too tight and now there are tears there. I complained and some of the cousions were replaced twice, but it didn't change anything. With all my complaints, it seems that all they new how to do was change the cousions. PLEASE don't ever buy anything from this company, their workmanship is very poor and they do not know how to fix anything. Lazboy, you sure are represented in a very bad way with England!!!

    If your chaise back and recliner back didn't leave you with gaps, how do you expect them to recline? Sounds to me like you are looking for something to complain about.
