the site stated a $2.97 charge, then they added a charge of $59.00 and even e-mailed me stating only $2.97 was charged to my visa. i would have cancelled right then if they had stated that, they then told me if i had cancelled with in 24 hours i could have got credit wasn't given that opption when i purchased the $2.97 service-instead i am getting scamed for my unemployment money. when a company is not up front about their product or service and any customer ever wants to cancell or ask for a refund for a charge that was not stated and is not a service i would ever use. this was not on the page when i ordered from this site, this is wrong and if you can add a $59.00 charge within 24 hours you can credit my visa within 24 hours otherwise this is fraud and a total ripoff
