Bad Sales Reps and Supervisors

I received a call in January of 2010, solicitating a promo for vacation. I and another brought into this scam and was told we had two years to use the packages. I get a call today by etour and travel today telling me that my package expires today and that i need to by into another package, which is $689 but they will sell it to me for $289 on top of the credit of $119 that they tell me i can't refunded. I was told that i could only use it towards this promo and no other. The reps were very disrespectful and so was the supervisor of the sales dept. The supervisor told me he was taking his headset off becuase he did not want to hear me talk and unless i was going to buy into the promo package that there was nothing to discuss. The supervisors name is Josh out of the Orlando, Fl sales office. Whats so.sad is that he munipulated other staff members in on the conversstion. I ask for anyone that reads this, Do Not use their services, it's a scam and they just wsnt your money and the customer service is horrible.
