Probably a cramming scam..

If you didn't order them, and you receive a bill, do NOT pay it. These scams are looking for suckers, and if you fall for it even a little, they'll pile on more fraudulent "subscriptions". Contact the publishers directly to cancel unordered magazines. Ask them what low-life scamming marketer signed you up. If you receive bills, file fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector. Keep copies of all bills and correspondence, including fraud complaints, should you later decide to sue them.
Tell them you are recording the call, and that you have reported them for fraud. Let them talk all they want, since it's just more evidence of the scam. Keep notes of all calls, time and date, and any deceptive statements or threats made. File additional complaints as above for each harassing call.
