Horrible management

Kelly Norris manager at Hurricane WV location is so unprofessional and the foul language she uses is down right awful. She cussed in front of my 7 year old son and gave him a horrible hair cut. Not happy.  Heard lately she isn't the manager is I think that presumes very necessary. I once walked back to the bathroom and hear her very loudly complain and say very rude things about  employees. Childish and very immature. Will never return to great clips because of her !
