Theft of Funds-no deposit-liars

I also signed up for square, was approved for a personal account last december. I ran one charge for a sale that I took over the phone for $24 bucks, then ran $340 in SWIPED charges in the next three days.
Five months later, they have still not deposited my funds. I have gotten three or four emails, the first saying I was a "risk" and they were holding these funds for thirty days. I filed with the BBB, and got another saying funds would be released in another 45 days. This was so the BBB would close the account.
Guess what? The funds weren't released. I got another email stating they were holding the funds for another 90 days after that 45 days went by and still not deposit. There have been no chargebacks filed (and in 5 days it will have been six months since all the charges were initiated anyway-I don't think anyone is going to make any chargebacks.)
The BBB just reopened my case, although I don't think Square cares. Everything about them smells fishy. Customer Service, the fact that their owner owns Twitter, you name it. They are a scam, keeping enough people happy while they screw the rest of us. Try to friend Jack Dorsey on Twitter and see what happens when you post something negative about square. IT WON'T SHOW. These are the type of people we need to get rid of.
Reality is not even a word for them. It sucks.
