poor customer service

Direct TV is a  D + BBB  rated company. Rattles an  F from me. I had service with them for years and  had a total house fire. Immediatly paid them for the equipment and stopped services. Subsequently billed and I asked them for a contract or anything to substan their claim. They just sold off the bill to a collection agency. I will be sueing any takers for a class action lawsuit against direct TV?
