Looking for an identified person in place of another person

I got a VM from the pre-legal department at RMS, as an attorney and handed over their phone number and info. to our legal investigations department. The number calling is being routed thru a telephone management exchange to mirror the same local area code area they intend to call. No information is available to where the call is coming from making it impossible to validate the source of the call or to label the call to be legit.  We are recording this call as an internet scam.
