I purchased the products online at R52 each. They deducted the money from my credit card. A few day later they deducted over R2000 from my credit card. I cancelled my credit card. I tried to contact them via email they supply online but it returned as it doesn't exist. I then chatted on their 24 hour online service. Every time I get someone else :-(. After a while they gave me the contact number +27 875502437. Advised that they must cancel the order as they advised that the product if for a year supply. Was also advised thay they will refund my money. 3 months later i got a notification from my post office that a product has arrived and i must pay R382 to collect it at the post office. I have been struggling since February 2015 to get my money refunded but everytime they advise that they will call me back but never do. I just want people to know to be careful when purchasing the products online. I am extremely dissappointed and will not purchase anything online again but it is sad as there are good people who sells products online who is honest.

    I replied to an offer of a "trial" paid the postage as requested. Eventually I received the sample. I then forgot about it. Then I receive a card to collect something but it would cost me £13 to collect. As I often got things from abroad it was possible. When I got it I remembered the cream and wondered why I needed to pay more. Then I checked and my bank had been debited over hundreds over couple months. I'm house bound so like to buy on Internet and hadn't noticed it before. I feel it's misleading to think you are paying for a trial and then be trapped in a monthly agreement of a lot of money I certainly can't afford. Be aware!!!
