Took the money but no product delivered

I bought a magazine subscription through Amazon.com in January. After three months of silence I contacted the published and they said they have no information on me and advised to talk to Amazon about this issue.

I contacted Amazon via email but every time received a canned response saying it's not their problem but the publisher's.

They charged my credit card with the subscription fee the very same day I ordered the magazine. Why I am the one who is spending time resolving this issue? I wrote numerous times to Amazon asking to resolve this with the publisher but I feel like I am speaking to an auto-response....
