Airtel Billing issue. For 9819528989.
I need to record complaint about wrong billing for month of June 2018 for my Phones:
Phone No.9819528989
Bill Dated : 4th June 2018 for Rs.3,348.45
My current plan is Rs.499.00 (including Rs.499 rental)
Unlimited Local + STD calls
Monthly 4g/3g internet-40 GB Data
Roaming/std/local SMS per day - 100 SMS
Roaming outgoing/incoming calls - Unlimited.
Plus other free offers.
Notabally My Bal data is 70.20 GB( this includes balance of June month carried forwarded).
This is my very 1st bill after porting enthusiastically from Vodafone to Artel . I was very inquisitive to experience premium services by AIRTEL, so called numero one service provider..!!
ALAS!!!. My 1st. Bill itself gave me heart attack and sadly customer service was unable to resolve my quarry as why I was billed for such a high amount.
The junior executive as well as the supervisor could not connect me through their technical department nor offer any viable solution. I was advised to wait for next 72 hours for detailed transaction information.
I expect Airtel concern department to address my complaint and respond favourably on mail as I am reluctant to pay the bill.
