the best? Not for us.We got this machine as a replacement and it will never stay balanced!

This was a replacement machine for us. It has been nothing but a problem. You have no control. It is all automatic. That means you have no control. If you want to add something after it starts filling or at any time to check on a load it could do anything. The biggest problem is it dosen' stay balanced. After you move your clothes around it can go into any mode.y
