on last week me my friend and my niece went to Red Lobster for her birthday and because it is my favorite eating place. They said our wait time was 45minutes and we waited over one hour and dome more. After we was seated we waited about another half hour and finally when the waitress went to get our drinks she didn't come back so we asked another waiter if he didn't mind could we have biscuits and some drinks so he did and the lady came back and said oh I'm sorry I forgot ya'll and she was waiting on another table, also we had to wait on refills more biscuits and the endless shrimps. Never had that major problem before. Every time I gets a gift all my family know is to get me a Red Lobster Card, but with the service like this I'm beginning to get second thoughts about it.

    Hostess Ms.Gabla was very rude ! My friend and i was first to be seated, Instead she seat other group first. There was no wait. When confront about it she laughed about. She was report to manager on shift which was at 6:15pm on March 31, 2016. Manager didnt applaud at all. Only one applaud was our waitress Racquel. Hostess Ms. Gabla didnt even tell our waitress was sitting at the table. The only our waitress saw us was her tunnel vision. She applaud for that. Hostess didnt even give us sliverware. Very poor service for hostess and manager.
