I have in excess of 11 hours logged to straighten out my bill.
Every rep was rude. Have had a phone since I was 17, and with  Verizon for 17 years, I finally shut off service, as they boxed me in a plan without my permission, that wracked up a bill to almost 1000k in 3 mos.
THIS IS A DISPUTE POSTING!!!!!!!!!!!

    File an FCC complaint, for what it is worth.

    FCC will just forward it to Verizon, but at least it goes to a different channel, and they have to respond.

    See the FCC site, but I think you have to do this within 60 days of it showing up on your statements.
