no network connections

Over three weeks ago my connection to Juno was disconnected by Network Difficulties
This has happened every time I try to get up my e-mail.   I have a desk top Dell and two older laptops and they all get the same disconnections due to Network Difficulties.  Please correct this or just
cancel my Juno account.
