Dear Sir,

It is a matter of great disappointing that customer like me who is using your good name of branded L.G. product of Air conditioner (Split Unit) at my residence at following address for the past 4 (four) years. You will also note that I have been renewing my AMC regularly, as detailed below without any break ever since after expiry of initial / original warrantee / guarantee period of your product.

Earlier, whenever I made  phone call for service, the service personnel from your Authorised Service Centre used to come and attended the job. But this time, when a call was made   to  your Call Centre for service (complaint no.RNA-140424079325 dated 24.04.2014)  I was told that  Cooling Coil of the dispensing Unit has gone out of order and needs to be replaced. After that I had / have been making frequent calls to Mr. Amit Aggarwal (mobile no. 9873338826) of your ASC for attending the call of my AC, which is not working since April 24th, 2014. On persistent reminders and at the end the engineer came day before yesterday who detached the Coil assy. and taken away the same with an assurance that same will be deposited with the L.G . and the Company will thereafter issue in lieu same. It was also assured that replacement will be done in a day or two. But to my surprise it is now told that Coil is no longer serviced  by L.G. and at point blank told me that we cannot repair your set and asked me to accept Rs.8,000/- and give him back both dispensing and feeder Units so that I should go and buy another new AC.

For your reference, I am forwarding herewith-scanned copies of purchase bill and above AMC(s) as a proof that I have purchased the AC set from authorised  dealer and AMC done as per norms.

Hope you will kindly look into the matter personally arrange for rectify the problem at the earliest
