wanted payment by phone in order to not to go to court, I said courts system doesn't do this  will contact u thru us mail. this is fraud.

    Typical phone scam profile...
    Looks like their caller id just shows the telecom company they're using.
    Why don't you contact them and file a fraud and extortion complaint?
    Maybe get their account closed.
