Level 3 Communications

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for about a year.  They leave messages that there is a criminal complaint that's going to be filed against me.  When I call the number back they aren't even looking for me they are looking for someone else.  I keep telling them not to contact me anymore.  Also I know this is a scam.  I am a paralegal if they are going to file a complaint they wouldn't call you on the phone first, they would have you served.
