Harrassing Calls, Poor customer service

This company is one of the most un professional collection agencies I have ever dealt with. My car is through them and they call at all hours, they leave the rudest calls they have threatened me on the phone and on voicemail that they will come repo my car, why don't I pay my bills on time, I pay other bills so I should pay this one on time. I am a single mom two kids and my car payment is never more than two days late. I spoke to a rep today and his name was Elijah and I had to ask him what his name was as soon as I answered the phone he stated I need a payment on your car?? What he didn't even greet me.. These people should really be shut down , I can not beleive that they get away with this.
