What do we do to obtain termination with Royal Holiday ?

Hi ! We signed contract with RH in Punta Cana, in April 2013. Only one vacation week...destroied by stress, bad feelings, scared about RH dealers. Seven days after, at home we call our credit card's services for this doubt contract. We explained our situation : they transfer us to the hight security for fraud. We do to to wrote a termination's request by e-mail now ! During it, bank's agency cancell the credit card to block the futur charges. After some weeks, RH coutinuous to send message and phone calls to claim member's payment. Sales representative question : what append to us ? She repeated that impossible to retract. She offeredmore bonus points...Another one called to my office and let a treat message to the secretary : ''...tell her to call us now or she will have big problems with international credit...''. We called our bank's agency and we send all documents, contract, e-mails, letters, etc. After 2 months, we call back the bank to have feedback : good news, they obtained the deposit money back by their marchant. But, it is all they can do it : we do to fail contract ? How ? We keep in file : all phone call registered messages ; e-mails prints ; a picture of my husband and dealers drinking beer during diner. We send e-mails to : Proconsumidor, the GRC, La Facture, etc. It's a long process, we hope to obtain good suggestions about it, if more we can do ? Please, tell me what you think about it : to consider that nightmare are finish ? Do we make something more to protect us ? Can we travel again out of Canada ? I'm stress, i'm scared. What the hell is "international credit"? That's a bunch of BS. They are making cr*p up to scare you into not backing out. That says there's not much else they can actually do, and they know it.

I believe we should do something about it, as I understand Mexican regulations forbid the offering of gifts, free vacation certificates or any other promotion strategies without informing the consumer the specific purpose of the offer. I want to complaint with PROFECO about this, and ge
