numerous calls saying this is my last chance; get these harassing calls to stop!!!

We are getting several calls from credit card services; each one says this is your final offer; hit the do not call back button; these calls are frequent and harassing; don't they honor the no call list? don't they get it when you tell them to stop the calls?
Get these idiots off the line!!!
