I ordered the Reclaim product--which I like BTW--but decided to cancel until I had tried the product for longer and also considering the cost. I had an incredibly difficult time trying to cancel; I must have said 10 times I just want to cancel, I just want to cancel. I told the person I spoke to that this experience will keep me form ordering any Guthy Renker products in the future. Very unpleasant

    They are running a cramming scam.  Once they get your account information, they put barriers in the way of stopping their monthly charges.

    You better watch your account closely, as they may ignore your "cancellation" and keep charging it anyway.  You would be wiser to contact your bank to block your card number or close your account to prevent impending fraud.

    Dispute all unauthorized charges through your bank as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent further fraud.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

      Too true!  After being cancelled for SIX months they started charging me again!  And I never got the supposed shipment!  When I called to get a refund, I got a big run around and am still trying to get my money back a month later. Their products are not worth this type of hassle.

    i ordered this product and on behalf of a friend which was a one off...i was extremly surprised to find out that these people had gone into my account and taken £80.80 for the same products which originally cost £29.99 which i did not request and then had the cheek to tell me that i signed the consent form stating that i agree the next order.  I dont remember signing anything and how can anyone sign anything over the computer.  when i called them again the woman had the cheek to tell me that instead of sending the product back they will give me a discount of £50.00 therefor all i would have to pay is the £30.80.. i told her hell no just send back my money.....now i have to wait a whole 14 days from them receiving back their product before i can get my money back.  ..fraudulant situation

    well guys to be honest if you read the invoice and watch the infomercial it does clearly state that its an auto delivery service, like most products you order over tv its on a reoccuring basis. it just takes a little bit of reading folks.

      hi billybob i live in the uk and i used to use principal ski care all the time it was great for my skin but now they dont export it to the uk.i have found a parcel service who can import it to me but when i try to order they want to know the weight of the package the height width and length as i dont have a package i cant say .i am disabled and this was my only luxary i think it will be expensive to phone america wonder if you can help me please with the weight an d size thank you sheila .

    I have been a Principal Secret customer for many years. I never had any problems with customer service. If there was a mistake in my club shipment, they would rectify it. However, I recently moved and gave them my new address; yet they sent it to my old address.  I called to complain, and they said they would send a free replacement box to my new address. They did, but they sent all the wrong products!  I have been calling for two weeks now and have spoken to three supervisors and countless reps, all of whom claim that a correct replacement has been sent out by express delivery, and I have received nothing. I am sick of getting the run around and being lied to. I am sure I'm being lied to because every time I call, I am immediately transferred to a supervisor who gives me a story.  I am disgusted and fed up.

    I made an order on May 6, Order #DWVP00043CF, the credit card was charged $26.95 but to date I have not received my order, I would like to know when my order will be shipped, My address is Bruce Maharaj in service, 17700 State road 50, Clermont , FL. 34711, I have written regarding this issue and never received a response from your office, is this how your customer service dept operate. If I don't received my order within a week from now please cancel and refund my money to my credit card. thank you

    I received anti aging treatment and bye bye wrinkles. I am a 88 year male and have no use for these products. I want to cancel.  Please confirm

    I don't really understand why anyone would order the products considering the amount of plastic surgery the founder has had?

      I use the products and like them but truth is she firmly believed in them she wouldn’t have had all the cosmetic surgery.

    I called in an order after many years of buying this product.they said I can no longer order on the phone no discount.and they hung up on me twice.what is going on?

    i want to purchace princapel  secret reclaim but they dont export to the uk i can get it through a parcel service but hey need to know the weight of the product the width height depth and length can someone please help me as soon as possable my email adress is on here i would be very gratefull my skin is a mess as i have skin cancer ,

    I have been using Principal Secret 4 at least 15 years.  The products are great.  They work really well.  Nobody believes I'm as old as I am, I'm 54.  Sure I had some order mix up  over the years but they always rectify it to my satisfaction quickly!  As long as Principal Secret is around I will be ordering it!
