Falsely accused of Payday Loan Fraud

Numerous called on my job and home stated that his name was David Miller or Mark Anderson, State Police and I will be arrested for payday loan fraud if I don't return the money that was deposited in my bank account, Which I never received. They had my social security number, job information. He said I had until 5pm today to pay or he was coming to arrest me.

The same thing happened to me! Rest assured you cannot be jailed for outstanding debt, these guys are scammers looking to make money off of you. I reported mine to my local police dept, and all three credit reporting agencies, put a fraud alert on for free and save your self some worry. They can't do anything to you I promise..This is the second time for me...and I didn't fall for it this time :).
