Don't EVER EVER call A & E factory service for any kind of repair. Bought appliances from Lowe's. They contract A & E for there repairs. Had to wait 4 days for service and then was told service man was behind so would have to reschedule. Was then told would have to wait 6 more days before they could come out. Lowe's should really rethink who they are contracting to handle there repairs. This company should be DONE.
