Horrible people skills

At 8:19pm my son and I entered store #C002114 at 4200 Desiard St. Monroe Louisiana and 3 associates 2 female and 1 male were sitting in the dinning area eating  as customers was lind up at the drive thru. I waited 2 minutes as thr older lady worked the window. Finally Taquanda took our order.
