Poor Quailty

I purchased a leather couch with matching chair, I also bought the table and lamp. I liked how they displayed the whole set on the floor in the store.  I purchased the furniture new and had it delivered.  The second week I noticed the glass table was crooked. The service repairmen came out made some minor adjustments and in turn they just swiitched the table in another direction. Months later, I noticed the defect again after rearranging my furniture around. I did not purchase the warranty because I felt within ten years after purchasing furniture there should be no problems. However, only after two years the color from my leather couch had rubbed off and puffed air pockets are in the seat of the couch. I keep in mind I live alone and the furniture is hardly used this should not happen. The glass table remains lopsided and crooked.

The Bottom line is that I called customer service and was told basically there was nothing they can do about the cheap defective furniture they sold to me the "customer".  I told the Rep "Art Van should stand behind there products" to keep their customers coming.  The customer service Rep was very rude and was unconcerned about my problem, the rep didn't attempt to even back up their products by assuring me the overtall qualityof their products were in good standings.  I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE!!  ART VAN YOU SHOULD FEEL ASHAME!
