very slow working speed

samsung gte1207t is a dual sim mobile its working speed is very slow.
i purchase 20 days ago .
it working on waiting on calling ,on call ended. on play games contonue waiting & helding for five to ten second.
if ur company not able to design a properly working mobile set in a low cost or price then  ur product gives a bad effect on ur company
