Clothes Go In To the Washer Cleaner Than They Come Out...They Come Out With STAINS

We have had our Maytag Centennial Model: MVWC360AW0 sine December of 2013. Our washer stains our clothes. I will put my clothes into the washer without stains but since they have been worn, I want them washed and they will come out of the washer with stains on them from the detergent or the softener. That is RIDICULOUS. There is absolutely no reason why my WASHER should stain and RUIN my clothes because it was designed to not use enough water. I'm not against the movement to not waste water but when not wasting water turns into me having to go buy more clothes because mine were ruined, its time to go back to what works. What works is actually using water to wash clothes ( oh wow, what an ingenious idea).
I also HATE the fact that I am no longer allowed to open my washer while it's running at the beginning to add more clothes or let start the washer and let me let my detergent dissolve a little in the water for a few minutes before putting in my clothes. I paid good money for this washer and I am not allowed to open the top! I hope no one else every buys this washer.
