I too am getting calls from  Level III, LLC from Tarpon Springs, FL, 727-493-9095. A female left a voicemail stating that complaints have been filed against me. When I called the number back, a woman answered, "mediation." What a bunch of bull! I spent 10+ years as a collector so I know all the tricks! Sounds like they need to review the FDCPA again!

    Typical shakedown scam..
    These scams commonly use "mediation" in their names, trying to imply they're a "law firm" or "a lawsuit is about to be filed".  When they stop just short of calling themselves "attorneys", they're probably US based shakedown rackets.
    File complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
    Also contact Level 3, LLC, which is a VoIP telecom, to report use of their system for deceptive phone extortion. Ask them to provide the company name and address of their customer.

    Got a message from a woman from level III stating there was a judgement against me from 2007, I asked her to send all documentation pertaining to her claim to me via mail, thats when she became nasty...asking if I had an attorney and for me to man up and pay my bills. The more you allow them to speak the more they expose themselves as a fraud.
