Send a WRITTEN FRAUD DISPUTE to your credit card company's dispute address from your statement, to invoke your dispute rights under FCBA.  Make sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.

File a police report for credit card fraud.
Then contact the Illinois Attorney General Consumer Fraud Bureau, which is investigating a rash of complaints of fraudulent charges against this company, known as Peel, Inc.

If your credit card company fails to investigate disputed charges in accordance with FCBA, they must reverse the first $50.00 of the disputed charge, even if it is determined to be legitimate.

This company is known for making unauthorized fraudulent charges.

If your bank fails to reverse the charges after you send them written notice in accordance with FCBA, contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (www.occ.gov) to file a complaint against your bank for their non-compliance with FCBA.

Your first notification to your bank was "constructive notice" of the fraudulent charge, placing on them a duty to investigate and reverse, regardless of whether they are competent enough to do that.

You can even sue the merchant, by suing your bank in place of the merchant, under federal law, should your bank refuse to reverse a properly disputed fraudulent transaction.
