I noticed a month ago they charged 1.99 on my card. I just now looked at my statement when I received a card in the mail for a free gift to get. I did not authorize this payment. Im checking into it at my bank fist thing monday morning. We will see about these charges continuing!!

    Unfortunately, there are a number of companies claiming to be selling "memberships" of various sorts, that may be getting you account information from some merchant you may have used, often through deceptive pop-ups of phone scripts.

    The Senate Commerce Committee held hearings on this fraud problem last year, and the New York Attorney General is investigating several and their merchant marketing partners for consumer fraud.  VISA has recently added restrictions against merchants just passing consumer card data, now requiring that consumers enter their card numbers a second time into any pop-up offers, to block such deceptive and fraudulent "sales".


    Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

    I HAVE SENT FOR THE FREE GIFT OFFERS, IN FACT I HAVE RETURNED THREE CARDS FOR THE "FREE GIFT CREDIT CARD OFFERS" AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING.  TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE I HAVENT BEEN OVER CHARGED OR EVEN CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD.  WHAT CAN I DO TO ENSURE THAT MY INFORMATION IS NO LONGER BEING CIRCULATED AND/OR REMOVE MYSELF AND NAME FROM ANY RELATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY
