Direct TV is truly the bottom of the barrel with customer service. There are always mystery charges on the bill, and we can never get a straight answer about how much something costs. And their customer service reps are always rude and unpleasant on the phone. If anyone is reading this, never sign up for Direct TV! They're the worst.
